The course is included in every plan we offer, as soon as you check out you will get an email with an invite to the course. It is currently hosted on Skool.

One credit will be charged per generated lead within one campaign. This means that since you use the same leads within the campaign it will only charge one credit per lead no matter how many video projects you have in the campaign.

This means you can split-test different face-cam videos and VSL videos to reach the best results without sacrificing all your credits.

Using a custom domain you can change the URL of the video landing page to for example “video.yourbusiness.com” or “watch.yourbusiness.com”. By using a custom domain you build more trust and look more professional, not to mention drastically improving your deliverability.

Yes you can download the CSV in the video project of the generated leads and then the video.vinna.ai URL is included in the downloaded file.

Usually the videos start generating within and to generate 1000 videos that are a minute long usually takes around 10-15 minutes.

Depending on the server response times & usage it may take a while for the projects to start rendering, wait 2 hours and if it’s still stuck then send a message in the support chat.

We use several techniques to scrape websites to be as unpredictable as we can. Still, websites don't like being recorded by automated bots so sometimes it may fail, and there is nothing we can do about these failures but to try again. Our average failure rate is under 5% for leads with working websites etc. If you think yours is exceptionally high please contact support so we can improve our services and help you out!

If a website fails to get recorded, the fallback video is just your face-cam video in full screen. If a website fails then you will not be charged a credit for that lead.

The maximum size of a file is currently 200MB, if your video is bigger than this you can use a video compressor tool like this one: https://www.freeconvert.com/video-compressor

Nothing, but you won’t be able to generate any more videos that month unless you upgrade your plan.

If you want to manage/cancel your subscription, please log in to your Vinna account (https://app.vinna.ai), go to Settings > Organization > Subscription > click on  the "Manage or Upgrade" button.

This will bring you to a page where you can manage your subscription.

There are three action buttons: "Cancel", "Change payment", and "Renew now"

Your videos will be taken offline after 1 month and your account will be automatically deleted as well.
