Regardless of response to the initial email, ensure the recipient receives the video in the first follow-up.

If a recipient watches the video but does not respond, move them to the second sub-sequence.
Send a dynamic follow-up email addressing their video viewing activity to prompt a response.
Labeling and Sequencing:
Label recipients who watch the video as “waiting for response” to trigger the second sub-sequence.
Ensure that recipients who engage with the video are segmented for a different follow-up approach.
Meeting Request:
In subsequent follow-up emails, ask for a meeting if the recipient responds positively.
The first email in the sequence is for permission to send the video; subsequent emails should also include a meeting request.
